Returns

• We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

• Once your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

• Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong model selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variations (may occur due to screen differences)

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

• After this time, production may have already started.

Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we’ll do our best to help if any issues arise.
