Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Since each phone case is made to order using sublimation printing, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong model selected by the customer
Change of mind
Minor color variations (may occur due to screen differences)

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may have already started.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we’ll do our best to help if any issues arise.
